It is lower than allowed by this policy, So MWCedu can calculate your shares by the Gross amount that is allowed by this policy.

 

By taking part in this program, you may agree that your share will be 50% off the sale net amount.

 

III Marketing boost program

MWCedu has thousands of sites and relationships with third-party platforms so through this program MWCedu helps you to promote your courses and content to your new learners for free. By competing in this program, you governess MWCedu to employ third parties which include resellers, deal sites, and distributors on another party platform so advertising together helps your content promotion. By taking part in the boost program of marketing, you may agree that your shares of revenue such as Refunds of learners, will be 25% of the net value of the sale.

MWCedu premium instructors can take part in our programs of subscription, which include MWCedu for a program of business and subscription. 1  MWCedu for a program of business

The business collection for MWCedu is based on subscription content collection which gives availability to customers of the business, such as nonprofit, private, and public, or also features the MWCedu content at the top for professional growth skills. During opting into MWCedu for business programming you may agree to all conditions like making the content eligible for collection in the MWCedu business program.

1.1 Revenue shares of UFB

You agree to the following steps related to your share of revenue while participating in programs.

1. MWCedu will calculate subscription monthly fees which are paid to MWCedu each month on behalf of all customers of UFB like third-party payments, transaction taxes, etc.

2. A 25% amount will be given to instructors who are participating in MWCedu for business programming.

3. MWCedu will calculate monthly the total minutes of content such as quizzes, practice tests, coding exercises, course videos, etc. in the MWCedu for business collection programming.

4. MWCedu will also calculate how many total minutes of UFB are consumed for each content item that is included in the MWCedu for business collection programming.

5. For the calculation of your revenue shares monthly, MWCedu would like to divide the UFB trainer revenue pool by the total minutes consumed by UFB and, after that multiply those amounts per minute by your content minutes of UFB.

So, these steps help determine the consumption of UFB total minutes and content minutes.

i) MWCedu subscription shares of revenue

3. MWCedu will calculate monthly the total minutes of content such as quizzes, practice tests, coding exercises, course videos, etc. in the MWCedu for business collection programming.

4. MWCedu will also calculate how many total minutes of MWCedu subscriptions are consumed for each content item that is included in the MWCedu for business collection programming.

5. For calculation of your revenue shares monthly, MWCedu would like to divide the MWCedu subscription trainer revenue pool by the total minutes consumed by the MWCedu subscription, after that multiply those amounts per minute by your content minutes of the MWCedu subscription.

So, these steps help determine the consumption of MWCedu subscription total minutes and content minutes.

 

1.3 Subscription programs exclusive

Once your content is included in this MWCedu business collection, you may agree that you will not start offering any content on-demand like the prerecorded course that will damage the sales on any platform other than your own. If you want to terminate your participation in the business then you agree to this exclusive program until we terminate your content.

 

1.4 Subscription termination program

If you want to terminate your participation in the business, then you can do this any time by sending mail. MWCedu will terminate your content from the MWCedu collection, within 12 months, and until your content is deleted, we will pay you revenue shares based on current rates. When your content is terminated for any reason from the business of MWCedu, MWCedu, and UFB customers will no longer earn shares from the applicable program and are not able to enroll in content.

But, any MWCedu subscription consumer or learner of UFB consumer who enrolled in your content previously would continue to be longer able to access, that content as long as they remain subscribed to the applicable collection.

 

1.5 Assessments

MWCedu assessments consist of a question and answer with full explanations to measure the learning of some topics, occupations, and skills. Assessments are easily available by MWCedu as a content type standalone. For clarificatiquizzesquiz, practice tests, coding exercises, etc. are not included in the assessment question.

By assessment, the question provides, that you agree to additional terms that are mutually agreed upon between us including by email.

1.5.1 Assessments removal

If you want to terminate your assessment question license, then you can do this at any time by sending mail. MWCedu will terminate your assessment question from the MWCedu collection, within 12 months of removal, and until your assessment question is deleted, we will pay you revenue shares based on current rates.

 

1.6 Opting out

You may opt out of promotional programs anytime. But, your collected content would remain subject to campaigns, any sales, and promotions that you opted out of are active already, until those sales are completed.

 

3 Modification

We can update this promotion policy at any time and explain our practices. If we make any material change then we will notify you by sending an email to your specified account through our services. The modification will also become very effective on posted days.
