The verification process is mandatory to ensure the credibility of instructors on the platform and to avoid any spam profiles. Only identity-verified instructors will be allowed to publish their courses on the landing page.

When will the prompts for Verification be given?

The prompts for verification will be given at the time you upload your first course. Without this identification, you will not be approved to upload anything on the platform.

The course will not be submitted for review without the completion of verification. Once the course is ready to be uploaded, the MWCedu platform will automatically guide you towards the verification process and will help you fill in the requirements.

In some cases, the prompts for verification can be given after the completion and uploading of the course at the marketplace. This may happen when our team goes through security checks and testing of MWCedu  Safety and Security Policies.

This will target the established instructors who have not verified or updated their identities. The verification process is two steps and requires a short period and effort for completion.

What information will be required for the Verification process?

During the verification, you will require the following information:

Confirmation for the ownership rights of the course to be published by you

Any proof for confirmation of residential address

Any genuine proof for identity verification like a National ID or passport.

This information or documents will vary depending on your country and its official documents. These documents uploaded by you for verification will be completely confidential and will be thoroughly checked and approved by a third party. The details, once validated, will lead to verification of the instructor.

Completion of the Process

The verification process just hardly a minute and the information is strictly kept confidential. It is necessary to check every document and information before final upload on the platform for verification.

Any discrepancies would be dealt with with serious consideration. The confirmation of verification will be conveyed to you via an email, and will be notified of the submission of your content for review by the platform.
