1)    When can I get a refund on an MWCedu course?

MWCedu aims at 100 % satisfaction of customers. So, if our customer is not satisfied with the course content, if the course is not completed by an Instructor or MWCedu end, then one can claim a refund.

2) What are the prerequisites to claim for a refund?

Only the authorized students, who have enrolled for a particular course can claim for refund. For proper processing of the refund, one must have paid the complete fees of paid courses. One cannot claim for refund on a free course.

3) How can I track the status of the refund?

One can see the status of their refund if they have applied or claimed through a proper valid channel. For more information, one can visit our website, www.mwcedu.com

4)  When can I get my refund?

Refund requests are answered and processed for further treatment immediately after the request is received. Generally, it takes some particular amount of time to complete the process of refund. The time duration required is due to the difference in location, difference of geographical conditions, etc.

5) How do I follow up regarding a refund?

MWCedu tries to smooth the process of refund. So, we try our best, so that students do not have to take frequent follow-ups regarding refunds. But, in case of emergency, one can visit our website to track the status and also can check their balance in the bank account, and payment mode, from which, the amount was transferred.

6) What is the meaning of purchase reversal?

If one has enrolled in a course and has chosen to apply for a claim within 24 hours of registration, the claim is called a purchase reversal. It means that the amount will not be credited to your account, as there is no withdrawal from
the bank account, as it takes 5 working days to charge someone’s account.

7) Does MWCedu allow credit refunds?

If due to some circumstances, the refund is not credited in the original form and the original mode of paymentthen one is eligible to get the credits for other courses, based on our terms and conditions. Even though one is eligible to get a direct refund in the original mode, one can opt for a credit refund. Refund credit will get directly deposited in the account of claimers immediately. It is useful in opting for another course.

8)  In which currency, a refund will be generated?

Currently, we are serving in India, and INR will be the currency.
