Instructor Terms

When you sign up or initiate your work with MWCedu to become an instructor, you agree to accept these Instructor terms.  These terms cover details about all the characteristics of the MWCedu platform applicable to instructors and are included by reference in our Terms of Use.

As an instructor, you are directly contracting with MWCedu.

1.    Instructor Obligations

Working as an instructor, you are fully responsible for all the content that you post, including lectures, practice tests, assignments, exercises, resource material, course-related content, and answers.

You signify and License that:

1   You have to provide and maintain accurate account information.

2    You should have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, permissions, and authority to authorize MWCedu to use your submitted content in these terms and Terms of Use.

3    Your content should not contravene or not appropriate any third-party cognitive property rights.

4    You should have the required qualifications, accreditation, and expertise (including education, knowledge, skill sets, and training) to teach.

5   You will ensure a quality of service that coincides with the standards of the industry and instruction services in general.

You warrant that you will not:

   Post or provide any unsuitable, hostile, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, incorrect, violate, defaming, or Untrue content or information.

   Post or transmit any unprompted or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of approach(commercial or otherwise) via services or to any user.

    Use your services for business other than providing guidance, teaching, and instructional services to students.

    Take part in any activity that would require us to obtain licenses from or pay royalties to any third party, including the need to pay royalties for the performance of a musical work or sound recording.

   Frame or immerse the Services.

   Imitate another person or gain unauthorized access to another person’s account.

    Inhibit with or otherwise prevent other instructors from providing their services or courses.

    Mistreat MWCedu resources, including support services.

2.    License to MWCedu

You confess to MWCedu the rights detailed in the Terms of Use to offer and otherwise make productive use of your submitted content. This includes the right to add a description or otherwise modify the content to ensure availability.

Except otherwise agreed (including within our promotion policy), you may remove all or any portion or part of your submitted content from the services at any time. The right of MWCedu to sublicense the rights in this category will terminate or eliminate new users 60 days after the submitted content removal. However, (1) If any student has been granted lifetime membership then rights given to the students before the submitted removal of content will continue by the terms of the licenses. (2) The right of MWCedu to use the submitted content for marketing purposes shall survive termination.

MWCedu may record all or any part of your submitted content for quality control and for delivering, promoting, marketing, demonstrating, or operating the services. You grant MWCedu permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and image in connection with offering, delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, and selling the Services, your submitted content, or the content of MWCedu, and you give up any rights of privacy, publicity, or other rights of a similar variety.

3.    Trust & Safety

3.1    Trust & Safety Policies

You agree to support by Trust & Safety Policies of MWCedu, restricted topics policy, and other course quality standards determined by MWCedu from time to time. You should check these policies from time to time to make sure that you observe any updates to them. You understand that your use of the service is always subject to the sanction of MWCedu, which may accept or refuse at our sole judgment.

MWCedu has the right to remove any course, suspend payouts, or ban instructors for any reason at any time, without prior notice, including in cases where :

   An instructor or course does not follow our policies or legal terms(including the Terms of Use).

   Your course comes down to our quality standards or has a negative influence on the student experience.

    The behavior of an instructor reflects an adverse effect on MWCedu or brings MWCedu into public dishonor, contempt, misconduct, or ridicule.

  An instructor who engages the services with another business partner who defaces the policies of MWCedu.

  As set on by MWCedu in its only choice.

3.2    Co-Instructor and Teaching Assistants

The platform of MWCedu allows you to mark other users as co-instructors or teaching assistants for courses that the instructors can easily manage. By the addition of a co-instructor or teaching assistant for courses, you comprehend that you are permitting them to need certain schedules that affect your MWCedu account and courses. MWCedu will not advise on any questions or facilitate any clashes between you and such users. If your co-instructor has any allotted revenue share, their share is going to be paid out of your grossed revenue share reinforcing the ratios you have got.

3.3    Relationship to Other Users

Instructors do not have a direct contractual relationship with the students, so the only information you will get about students is what is provided to you through the services. You agree that you would not use any information that you receive for any other purpose apart from providing your services to those students on the MWCedu platform. You cannot ask for any personal data or store student personal data outside the MWCedu platform.

3.4    Anti-Piracy Efforts

We have partnerships with special anti-piracy vendors to protect your courses from unapproved use. To enable this protection, you hereby appoint MWCedu and our anti-piracy vendors as your agents for the aim of applying copyrights to your courses. You grant MWCedu and our anti-piracy vendors to file notices on your behalf to administer your copyright interests.

You agree that MWCedu and our anti-piracy vendors will preserve the above rights unless you repeal them by sending an email to piracy@mwcedu.com with the topic line: that is cancel anti-piracy rights of the protection which is related to your account. Any cancellation of rights is going to be effective 48 hours after we receive it.

4.    Pricing

4.1    Price Setting

When creating a course, you will be incited to select a base price for your course from the list of available price lists. You may offer your course for free. As a premium instructor, you will also be given the chance to participate in certain promotional programs under the terms of our Promotional Policy.

If you select any promotional programs, we will list your course for the base price or the closest local or mobile device.

You permit us to share your courses free of charge with our employees, with selected partners, and in cases where we do like to revive access accounts that have previously purchased your courses.

4.2    Promotional Programs

MWCedu offers various optional marketing programs, in which you can participate, as detailed in Our Promotions Policy. These programs can help you to increase your Revenue Potential.

There is no up-front cost to participate in these programs, and you will modify your participation status at any time.

5.    Payments

5.1    Revenue Share

When a student purchases your course, we calculate the gross amount of the sale because of the amount received by MWCedu from the student. From this, we subtract any Transaction taxes.

If you have not opted into any of MWCedu’s optional Promotional Programs, your revenue share will be …. of the net amount less any applicable deductions, such as student refunds. If we change this payment rate, we will provide you with 30 30-day notice via email or by posting a notice through our services.

5.2    Receiving Payments

For us to pay you promptly, you want to own a PayU or Paytm in good standing and must keep us informed of the right email related to your account. You agree that we have the proper to withhold appropriate taxes from your payments. We reserve the proper to withhold payments or impose other penalties if we do not receive proper identifying information or tax documentation from you. You understand and agree that you simply are ultimately liable for any taxes on your income.

Depending on the applicable revenue share model, payment is going to be made within 45 days of the top of the month during which:

(a) we receive the fee for the course

or

(b) The relevant course consumption occurred.

5.3    Refunds

You acknowledge and agree that the students have the right to receive a refund, as detailed in the Terms of Use. Instructors will not receive any revenue from transactions that have been refunded.

If a student asks for a refund after we have paid the payment of instructor, we reserve the right to either

(1) deduct the amount of the refund from the next payment from the payment of instructor

(2) No further payments are due to the instructor or the payments are insufficient to cover the refunded amounts, requiring the instructor to refund students for the courses of the instructor.

6.    Trademarks

Despite you are a published instructor, you may use our trademarks where we allow you to do so.

You must:

    Only use the images of MWCedu trademarks that we allow you, in any guidelines we may publish.

    Only use MWCedu trademarks in connection with the promotion and sale of the MWCedu courses of your participation.

    Observe immediately if we request that you terminate use.

You must not:

    Use our trademarks in a misleading or derogatory way;

    Use our trademarks in a way that indicates we recommend, sponsor, or approve of your courses or services;

    Use our trademarks in a way that interrupts Applicable Law or in connection with an unlawful topic or material.

7.    Sanctions and Export Laws

You affirm that you are not restricted from using the services under export law (as an individual or as an officer, director, and shareholder of any creature on whose behalf you use the services). If you become the subject of such restriction, you will inform MWCedu within 24 hours and we will have the right to terminate any further responsibilities to you. You may not remove, export, or allow the exporting of the services in violation of any restrictions, or laws.

8.    Deleting Your Account

If the instructor wants to delete the account, the information is available here. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make any remaining organized payments that are allocated to you before deleting your account. You understand that if students have earlier enrolled in your courses, your name and that Submitted Content will remain available to those students after your account is deleted. If you need help or come across difficulty in deleting your account, you can contact us via our Support Center.

9.    Miscellaneous Legal Terms

9.1    Updating These Terms

MWCedu has a right to update or boost the terms from time to time to clarify our practices. If we make any material change, we will notify or inform you by email notice sent to the email address mentioned in your account. You can use our services after changes become effective shall means that you accept those changes.

9.2    Translations

Any form of these terms in a language other than English is provided for ease and you understand and agree that the English language will control if there is any clash.

9.3    Relationship between us

You and I agree that there is no joint enterprise, partnership, contractor, or agency relationship between us.

9.4    Survival

The following section or part shall survive the termination or cessation of these terms: Sections 2(License to MWCedu), 3.3(Relationship to Other Users), 5.2(Receiving Payments), 5.3(Refunds), 8(Deleting Your Account), and 9 (Miscellaneous Legal Terms).
