Our website has very stringent rules for any report of copyright infringement or intellectual theft. If the reported content is plagiarism according to the laws, we will make sure to remove that course from the website and serious actions will be taken.
If your course is pirated by any other course on the platform, you can fill in this form and provide all information correctly to request the removal of the particular infringed course ( English only).
Online Copyright Policy Law of DMCA for Copyright Infringement should include the following points:
The presence of any false signature either physical or digitally signed, or the presence of the authority on a false document accounts under serious plagiarism.
If a source claims by itself that the content contained is influenced by multiple sites
The report should essentially have the URL of the website or page where your content is being plagiarized. This will help in better identification and removal.
The report should contain your contact number and address on any personal information where you can be easily contacted, to inform you about the copyright reported filed.
Highlight any specific information that can surely not be used by any other authority and patented or belongs to you only.
A declaration is required stating that you are the sole creator of the allegedly copyrighted content and hence you have the right to act on the behalf of false owner.
If any of this information is not present in your form, which also comes under  Section (512) (c) (3), your filed report will be of no use.
It is important to know, that if you are intentionally reporting nonplagiarized content, it may have serious consequences, and be liable for caused damages including attorneys and costs, in the DMCA Section 512 (f).
Guide to Counter Notifications of the Plagiarised Content
If any report has been filed on you that is misleading, leading to your course access for your entire course being disabled by the website, you can submit a Notification to us at copyright@mwcedu.com.
The following points should essentially be present in the Counter Notification:
Your credentials like Name and contact information.
Addition of the URL of the site whose access has been disabled due to a plagiarized report.
A personal declaration that you have full confidence that your content was not plagiarized and has been removed by any mistake or some confusion.
A consent statement for Federal District Court, where your address is listed, that you will be held liable in case of wrong and purposeful Counter Notification, leading to services of process from the reporter of your content.
Presence of Physical or Digital signature.
DMCA permits us to re-upload or restore access to the mentioned content if no legal action is taken by the reporter in the working 10 business days.
It is important to know, that if you are intentionally filing a Counter Notification, it may have serious consequences, and be liable for caused damages including attorneys and costs, in the DMCA Section 512 (f).
Policy for Repeated Infringements
If an account is being reported multiple times for posting plagiarized content, MWCedu holds the full right to terminate or suspend that particular account.
