1.    Is the verification process required every time a new course is submitted?

No, the verification process is required only one time. You may be prompted to verify the account again, if the account has shown some flagged activity or inappropriate course content.

2.    What are the modes through which MWCedu can decipher if my information is correct or not?

At MWCedu, we have connections with the relevant third-party sources, which deal with the verification and processing of verified data through reliable data sources mainly the electoral rolls, phone records, government-linked sources, private data, and more.  This information is enough for verification of your identity.

3.    Who will have access to my personal information?

4.    If due to some reasons, I fail to clear the automated verification test, what will be the further procedure?

To upload or submit any content on MWCedu, it is essential to verify the account. We give you a deadline before which it is required for you to verify your identity. Failure to follow this rule will lead to the freezing or suspension of your account activity.

5.    Will I be allowed to submit the course for review after verification?

Yes, you can easily submit the course after verification success.

6.     Is it necessary for the co-instructor to complete the identity verification as well?

No, as a co-instructor, you are not required to verify your identity. Only the course owner’s identity has to be verified.

7.    If I have a background as a Business Instructor at MWCedu, do I need to complete my verification?

No, only the instructors who have their accounts on the marketplace are required to verify their identity.

8.    Do free courses also require verification?

All the courses irrespective of being free or paid require identity verification of the course owner.

9.    Is it okay if I use my Business Name for verification on MWCedu?

You can use your business name, but it will take a longer time for proper verification as we will need to coordinate and verify your credentials from the representative of the company.
